16  Bring Your Own Problem

Take a problem of your own — from your research, your work, or plain curiosity — and try to express and solve it with CVXR, with the instructors on hand to help.

This is an open, hands-on session. Bring a problem you care about: a model you are stuck on, an optimization buried somewhere in your own field, or just an idea you want to see whether CVXR can express. We will work through it together using the modeling vocabulary from the earlier chapters — variables, objective, constraints, and the DCP rules — and try to get to a solve.
